Step by Step Guide to Ordering Bespoke Jewellery with FAE.

1. Share Your Idea

Send us your inspiration, reference images, preferred style, gemstone preferences, metal color, and any special details you would like incorporated into your piece.

2. Consultation

We will review your request and guide you through the design options, diamonds, gemstones, materials, and budget.

3. Design Proposal

Once the direction is confirmed, we will prepare the initial design concept for your review and approval.

4. Quotation

A final quotation will be shared based on the selected design, materials, diamonds, gemstones, and craftsmanship required.

5. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is received, your bespoke piece will officially proceed to production.

6. Production

Each Fae piece is meticulously handcrafted and made to order. Production typically takes 10 to 15 working days. More intricate or highly detailed designs may require 6 to 8 weeks to complete.

7. Quality Check

Before delivery, your jewellery undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure every detail meets our standards.

8. Delivery or Collection

Once your piece is ready, we will arrange delivery or collection at your convenience.

All bespoke and made to order pieces are non-refundable, as they are specially created for each client. Exchanges are only offered in the event of a manufacturing defect.
