MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELLERY
FAE Jewellery pieces are predominantly made to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
For made-to-order jewellery, please allow approximately:
UAE Orders: 15–20 working days
GCC & International Orders: 20–35 working days
for your piece to be prepared and dispatched.
These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the design, material or gemstone availability, customization requirements, production complexity, peak periods, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will endeavor to inform you.
By placing an order for a made-to-order item, you acknowledge and accept the applicable production timeline.
ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. FAE Jewellery reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, any amount due to you will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider procedures.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Prices, product availability, and promotions may be updated from time to time.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Where instalment or third-party payment services are offered, including services such as Tabby, the customer’s use of those services may also be subject to the respective payment provider’s terms, eligibility requirements, and approval process.
FAE Jewellery is not responsible for decisions made independently by third-party payment providers regarding customer eligibility or approval.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because our jewellery is made to order specifically for each customer, made-to-order jewellery is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.
Orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable payment processing fees.
Any approved refund will normally be processed to the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item or believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@faejewellery.com.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable.
Our team will review the matter and advise you of the appropriate next steps.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized alteration or repair, or failure to follow appropriate jewellery care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
FAE Jewellery ships within the United Arab Emirates and to selected international destinations.
Estimated production and dispatch timelines are:
UAE Orders: approximately 15–20 working days
GCC & International Orders: approximately 20–35 working days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.
Delivery times following dispatch depend on the courier, destination, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside FAE Jewellery’s reasonable control.
FAE Jewellery does not normally dispatch orders on weekends or UAE public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
FAE Jewellery does not control customs charges or customs-clearance procedures in other jurisdictions.
REPAIRS, RESIZING & AFTERCARE
If your FAE Jewellery piece requires repair, resizing, polishing, or adjustment, please contact info@faejewellery.com with your order details and a description of the service required.
A pickup and delivery fee of AED 120 may apply to repair and aftercare services where applicable.
Any additional charges will be communicated to you before work proceeds.
Repair and aftercare services are available only for jewellery purchased directly from FAE Jewellery.
NATURAL DIAMONDS, GEMSTONES & MATERIALS
Where a product is described as containing natural diamonds, gemstones, pearls, or other natural materials, customers acknowledge that such materials naturally vary.
Variations may occur in colour, clarity, inclusions, tone, shape, texture, and other characteristics.
Where specific diamond, gemstone, gold, or material specifications are stated on an individual product page or accompanying documentation, those specifications apply to that product.
PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY
