United Arab Emirates (UAE)
All FAE Jewellery orders are made to order and will be shipped within 10–15 business days from the date of purchase.
GCC & International Orders
Orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates will be dispatched within 15–35 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once you place an order on www.faejewellery.com, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at info@fae.com.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so that you can monitor your shipment.
Please note that FAE Jewellery does not ship on weekends or public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier services, customs clearance procedures, and destination country requirements.
